Buthaving skipped betas 5 - 11, beta 12 is outstanding and, frankly, is probably where XP12 should have started in the first place (ie., I think all the Betas pre 12 should have stayed internal). The graphical differences, not just the clouds, but the skybox, water, and lighting, are actually pretty massive now between XP11 and XP12.
Getthe 12 if you don't care about 120 Hz, the OLED display is better than the one on the 11. If you want 120 Hz, go for 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max. There aren't many differences between the 12 and 13. The 11 is a champ, but since you’re coming from XR that was released the year before, I would say go for the 13.
Theseparate audio tracks for bluetooth, media mod (front and rear mics enabled) is also good for editors. If you're more of a point a shoot and leave the camera in a drawer for 6 months type of person, then the Hero 10 or Hero 11 will do you. While small the 12 has improvements on every level. Buy the 12 If you do not need GPS.
SoI would call it quite a bit better. I went from the 11 pro (not max) to 13 pro max. Obviously the bigger screen is the first thing I saw. The speakers are louder and a lot better, I use my phone for music in the bathroom. In normal daylight they both take great photos but in the dark the 13 pro max nails it.
Sincethe 12 will also have an AMOLED, this big plus for the 11 Pro doesn't matter. You'll get one more year of updates, a better glass front and back for protection (Sort of unimportant if you are going to use a case & screen protector), the Magnet system is cool but you could just buy a Pitaka case for a similiar idea, you get better cameras & software.

RegularXiaomi 12 is a great phone. Better than 12 pro for a daily driver. But I would really recommend a Google Pixel 6a for a cheap long lasting phone. If your priorities are social media them 6a is good because the camera is integrated better with apps like Snapchat and Instagram. I have a 12 pro and Snapchat photos looks like a pixelated mess.
Reallylooking forward to seeing some camera comparisons between the Pro and Max, and regular 12 as well. I suspect that in many circumstances they’ll all be quite comparable. Heck if it’s close enough I may even go with the 12. I like the idea of having something both smaller and lighter than my current phone.
Financialissues aside, I had the similar dilemma, between iPhone 11 Pro 256GB vs iPhone 12 128GB. I went with the 12. Better camera (night mode on all cameras), better battery life, 5G future proofness (plan on keeping this phone 5 years), and an extra year of software support won me over.
Theaction 3 was already on pair in terms of video quality with the hero 11, you can find side by side videos where they reveal the cams after, it was 50/50 between the action 3 and hero 11 for me. Consider then better battery life, magnetic mounting system, no glitches, no overheating. Makes the action 3 a better camera for most consumers.
Itis also about build quality and other things when nuc 11 enthusiast is in differant range, compared to nuc pro which is cheaper and is for common users. Not sure why you need to compare build quality between NUCs when most will have the same board quality. If you're talking about external build, Enthusiast NUC have all-plastic cases while
